                        Appointment of Nomad and Broker

The Directors of European Convergence Property Company plc (the 'Company'), a
property company focused on investing in commercial, retail and industrial
property in South-East Europe with a view to taking advantage of high yields and
the potential for capital appreciation, announce that Panmure Gordon (UK)
Limited will now act as Nomad and broker to the Company, with immediate effect.

Panmure Gordon (UK) Limited replace Panmure Gordon (Broking) Limited in this
role after a group restructuring.
