                            Holding in the Company                             

The Company was notified today that Dr William Robb purchased 1,000,000
ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in two transactions of
500,000 Ordinary Shares on 5 December 2007 and 6 December 2007 at 0.3p each,
the aggregate is equivalent to 0.97 per cent. of the issued voting share
capital of Niche. Following this purchase, Dr Robb holds 4,250,000 ordinary
shares in the Company, equivalent to 4.13 per cent. of the issued voting share
capital of Niche.
