ZTC Telecommunications Plc announces that it has posted to shareholders the
Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2007, together
with the Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held at the offices of Pritchard
Englefield, 14 New Street, London EC2M 4HE on Thursday, 17 January 2008 at 10.00
a.m., and the form of proxy for use at the AGM.


Copies of these documents are available free of charge from the Company's
