Directorate change

The board is pleased to announce the appointment of Suzanne Gabrielle
Newnes-Smith as Finance Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Suzanne Newnes-Smith brings to Mobestar more than 22 years of financial
management experience ostensibly with high- technology companies. Prior to
joining Mobestar, she held CFO appointments with Room Solutions, Talgentra and
Sanderson IT Systems.

Peter Richards, Mobestar's CEO said "We are delighted to have Suzanne
Newnes-Smith on the board. We have been looking for some time for the right
individual and it soon became obvious that after many months of searching
Suzanne was the obvious choice. Her demonstrable record of guiding companies
toward early profit and her understanding of our market place provided us with
