The Company was today informed that Billam AG today purchased 1,000,000 ordinary
shares of the Company of 0.1p each ('Ordinary Shares') at an average price of
0.322p per share. Together with recent purchases of 6,000,000 Ordinary Shares at
an average price of 0.30p per share, Billam AG now holds a total of 147,666,667
Ordinary Shares representing 16.75 per cent. of the total voting rights of the
Company.
