The company was informed on 30 November 2007 of the following transaction
in Ordinary Shares, of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company:

On 30 November 2007, Mr Hugh Humphreys, a Director, purchased 5,000 Ordinary
Shares at a price of 260 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr Humphreys' total beneficial and non-beneficial
holding in the Company is 956,503 Ordinary Shares representing 12.4 per cent. of 
the Company's total issued share capital.
