The Company was notified on 21 November 2007 that Simon Davies purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 10p
each  on that day. Following this purchase Mr Davies now holds 355,000 ordinary shares in the Company,
representing approximately 3.7 per cent of its issued share capital.
