                               Notice of Interest


On 20 November 2007, the Company received notification that, on 19 November
2007, Westcombe Investments Limited ('Westcombe Investments') had purchased an
additional 50,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company 
('Ordinary Shares').

Alexandra Hendy and Nicholas Hendy may be considered associates of Westcombe
Investments.  These three shareholders do not consider themselves to be a
concert party under the rules of the Takeover Panel, however, they consider that
they may be deemed to be acting in concert by certain regulatory bodies.

Westcombe Investments and associates are now interested in the following numbers
of Ordinary Shares:

The aggregate holding of the three parties is 792,500 Ordinary Shares, which
represents 8.45% of the current issued ordinary share capital of the Company
excluding shares held in treasury.
