The Board of Teleunit announces that on 20 November 2007, Mr Michael Phair,
non-Executive Director, purchased 2,500,000 ordinary Teleunit shares of EUR
0.0125 at a price of 2p each.


Following this transaction, Mr Phair is beneficially interested in 7,275,000
ordinary Teleunit shares, representing 3.91 per cent. of the Company's issued
share capital.
