                             Director Share Dealing

The Company was notified on 15th November 2007 that Mr Masoud Alikhani, a
Director of the Company, purchased 1,950,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') at an average price of 1.1p per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Alikhani has a beneficial interest in 3,378,994
Ordinary Shares representing 1.50 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.
