Update


The Company is pleased to announce that it has reviewed its sports gaming
licensing requirements and has decided that in the current competitive global
sports betting licensing market, that it will not renew its licence with
Alderney Gambling and Control Commission (the 'Gaming Licence').  As and when an
investment opportunity is identified that requires Sportswinbet to have a global
sports betting and/or casino licence, the relevant application will be made in
the appropriate jurisdiction.
