SpaceandPeople, the company which organises and manages promotional space in
shopping centres and other high-footfall venues, announces that it has placed,
conditional on admission, 131,579 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each at a
placing price of 190 pence per share, raising £250,000.

The proceeds of the placing will be used for general corporate purposes.

The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares in
the Company and application has been made for the shares to be admitted to
trading on AIM.
