NICK CHRISTY - KEN BARKWAY APPOINTMENT ANNOUNCEMENT

Water Hall Group plc (the Company) is pleased to announce the appointment of
Kenneth Barkway (44) MBA ACMA Company Secretary and Financial Controller with
immediate effect.

He replaces Nick Christy who has been with the Company since 2001 and who is
re-locating to Australia.
