                             Director's Shareholding

IMS was advised today that Sylvia Sheridan, the Company's Chairman, acquired
3,964,011 ordinary shares in the Company today at a price of 12p per share.


Sylvia Sheridan now owns 19,695,384 ordinary shares representing approximately
75.50 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
