  Satnet S.r.l. To Deliver Emblaze-VCON Video Conferencing Solutions in Italy
                               On Exclusive Basis

            through Satnet's extensive network of resellers in Italy


Ra'anana, Israel - 16 October, 2007 - ZONE-IP Ltd (LSE: ZIP), a member of the
Emblaze Group (LSE: BLZ), announces that its group company, Emblaze-VCON, a
leading provider of video communications technologies and conferencing solutions
over IP networks, has signed an agreement with Satnet, a leading distributor of
videoconferencing systems and multimedia solutions, to act as the exclusive
distributor for Emblaze-VCON in the Italian market.


Satnet is an established company in the videoconferencing industry in. Satnet
S.r.l will market, distribute and support Emblaze-VCON's full line of products,
including the xPointTM, VCBproTM and the leading desktop client vPointTM to
qualified resellers.
