Director Shareholding



The Company announces today that it has been notified that Nigel Brunning, chief
operating officer, Peter Phillips, non-executive director and John Heath
non-executive director, have each purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each
in the Company at 1.25p.



Mr Brunning is now interested in 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company, representing approximately 0.48% of the issued share capital of the
Company.



Mr Phillips is now interested in 1,750,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company, representing approximately 0.84% of the issued share capital of the
Company.



Mr Heath is now interested in 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company, representing approximately 0.48% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
