                       Change in Significant Shareholding





China Wonder Limited confirms that it was informed today that CYC Holdings plc,
a significant shareholder of the Company, disposed of 851,000 ordinary shares of
2.5p each in the Company, on 27 September 2007 at a price of 12.25p per share
and 144,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each on 1 October 2007 at a price of 12.25p
per share.



CYC Holdings plc now holds 644,667 ordinary shares in the Company, representing
approximately 3.58 per cent of the shares currently in issue.
