Just Car Clinics Group plc ('Just Car Clinics' or 'the Company')

Exercise of Options

The Company announces that on 3 October 2007, 32,500 options were exercised by
employees under the Just Car Clinics Group plc Unapproved and EMI Share Option
Scheme.

Application has been made by Just Car Clinics for a further 32,500 ordinary
shares of 1p pence each in the Company to be admitted to trading on the
Alternative Investment Market.

It is expected that dealings in these new ordinary shares, which rank pari passu
in all respects with the existing ordinary shares will commence on 9 October
2007.
