The Board of Nordic Land announces that, with effect from 28 September 2007,
Ogier Fund Administration (Jersey) Limited will act as Administrator to Nordic
Land and the Company's registered office will be at Whiteley Chambers, Don
Street, St Helier Jersey JE4 9WG.
Simon Burgess, Rebecca Inglis and Matthew Gurney, all employees of Mourant & Co
Limited, the previous Administrator, have, with effect from 28 September 2007,
resigned from the Board.
Philip Jenkinson and Richard Thomas have joined the Board with effect from 28
September 2007.
John Philip Jenkinson
Philip Jenkinson (aged 57) was called to the French Bar in 1985 and is currently
managing partner of Triplet and Associes, a French law practice specialising not
only in French Corporate and M & A matters but also Real Property in France.
Prior to being called to the French Bar, he spent six years as Vice Consul
(Commercial) at a British Consulate overseas and before that he worked in
industry for seven years with Italian, Dutch and UK corporations.
Philip is a non-executive director of Real Estate Opportunities Limited and of
Central Railway Limited. He is also a director of SCI St Yves and a member of
SCI Triplet.
Richard Thomas
Richard Thomas (aged 57) is a Jersey Advocate and Partner of Ogier in Jersey.
He specialises in investment funds, securitisation, special purpose vehicles and
advising on banking and corporate matters. Richard acted in some of the first
European securitisations as the technique developed in the late 1980s and early
1990s.
He was admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 1976 and prior to joining
Ogier practised with Slaughter and May in London.
In July 2007, Richard became Chairman of the Jersey Funds Association (JFA). The
JFA represents Jersey's funds sector, working in association with industry
regulators and legislators both locally and globally.

adverse effect on its trading positions due to currency rate fluctuations.
Richard Thomas was a non-executive director of this company at this time. There
was no criticism of any directors involved.
Neither Philip Jenkinson nor Richard Thomas hold shares in Nordic Land. There is
no other information required to be disclosed under Schedule Two, paragraph (g)
of the AIM Rules for Companies.
