Mediasurface plc announces that the total number of ordinary shares of 1 pence
each of Mediasurface plc in issue as at the date of this notice is 99,673,644
with each share carrying the right to one vote.


There are no shares held in Treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
