The  Company was notified on 25 September 2007 that Simon Davies purchased 10,000 ordinary  shares  of
10p  each  on  that day. Following this purchase Mr Davies now holds 340,000 ordinary  shares  in  the
Company, representing approximately 3.5 per cent of its issued share capital.
