The  Company was notified on 18 September 2007 that Simon Davies purchased 20,000 ordinary  shares  of
10p  each  on 18 and 19 September, 2007. Following this purchase Mr Davies now holds 330,000  ordinary
shares in the Company, representing approximately 3.4 per cent of its issued share capital.
