The directors of the Company have been notified that John Ridley has today
purchased 2,500 ordinary shares of 25 pence in the share capital of the Company
at a price of  £10.50 per share.  Following this transaction, Mr Ridley has a
beneficial interest in 50,802 ordinary shares, representing 5.08 per cent of the
Company's issued share capital.
