         Statement in relation to investigation into Dutch broadcasters


2waytraffic notes the announcement made today by the Dutch prosecutor's office
regarding their investigation into the call television activities of two Dutch
broadcasters and their compliance with the relevant code of conduct.
2waytraffic confirms that, like other production companies, it has been
contacted in relation to the investigation and is co-operating with this
process.
