The Company is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting held
yesterday, all the resolutions were duly passed, including a special resolution
authorising the Company to make market purchases of its Ordinary Shares until
the conclusion of its next Annual General Meeting. Such authority is limited to
the purchase of a maximum of 7,997,139 shares.
