FTS - Formula Telecom Solutions Ltd. (LSE: FTS), a global provider of business
control, billing and CRM solutions for communications service providers, has
today been informed that Formula Vision Technologies Ltd purchased 35,000
ordinary shares in the Company between 28 August and 3 September 2007. Formula
now holds 14,576,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 44.58% per
cent. of the issued share capital in the Company.
