Trading Update

The Board of the Company announce that Mobestar has signed a contract with
Neu.de, one of Germany's largest dating agencies, to provide Neu.de with
Mobestar's mobile dating platform, mDate.

The service will be made available to Neu.de's 5,000,000 members and will be
charged to the user either by pay-as-you-go billing (anticipated to be charged
to the user at Euro 0.40 per download) or by monthly subscription, anticipated
to be charged to users at Euro 10 per month).

Neu.de has agreed to pay Mobestar €30,000 for implementation services and
thereafter the two companies will split revenues on an equal basis (after the
initial three month period in which Mobestar receives all of the revenues).

The launch date of the service will be agreed over the coming weeks, and a
further announcement will be made at that time.
