The Company was notified on 22 August 2007 that Water Hall Group plc acquired 
212,500 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company on 21 August 2007. Following 
this purchase, Water Hall Group plc holds 1,236,683 ordinary shares in the 
Company, representing approximately 8.05 per cent of Premier Asset Management's 
issued ordinary shares. These shares will be registered in the name of 
Dartington Portfolio Nominees Limited.
