                            Holding in the Company                             

The Company was notified yesterday that Dr William Robb purchased 1,125,000
ordinary shares in the Company on 20 August 2007 at 0.35p each, equivalent to
1.09 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of Niche. Following this
purchase, Dr Robb holds 3,250,000 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to
3.16 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of Niche. The shares are
registered in the name of Redmayne (Nominees) Limited.
