Cancellation of Share Premium Account

County Contact Centres PLC (CUY), comprising Ansaback, a leading 24/7 inbound 
bureau call centre and CallScripter, an enhanced customer interaction software 
suite specifically developed for contact centres, telesales and telemarketing 
operations, is pleased to announce that following approval from shareholders on 
21st June 2007 and the High Court on 18th July 2007, the cancellation of the 
share premium account became effective upon registration at Companies House on 
the 6th August 2007.
