Holding in the Company

The Company was today notified that on 31 July 2007 Water Hall Group plc 
acquired 12,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company. Following this 
purchase, Water Hall Group plc holds 777,683 ordinary shares in the Company, 
representing approximately 5.06 per cent of Premier Asset Management's issued 
ordinary shares. These shares will be registered in the name of Dartington 
Nominees Limited.
