Trading update


Following the announcement made by the Company on 19 April 2007 the board
announces that it has taken a decision not to proceed with the trial of the
Sportswinbet branded sports book operated by Kolarmy Technology Inc.

The Company will continue to look for investment opportunities in line with its
stated investment policy.
