Amazing Holdings plc ('Amazing' or 'the Company')
Casino Services Contract
The Board of Amazing is pleased to announce that, as outlined in its AIM
admission document, it has now signed the agreement with Navegante Group Inc
('Navegante'), to cover management services for the operation of its casino once
the project is completed. This is a further step in Amazing's strategic plan as
it develops core competencies in gaming.
The agreement with Navegante has been signed in order to ensure that the casino
project is ready to progress as soon as possible after all the relevant
legislative and regulatory approvals have been received. Considerable progress
continues to be made on the project and the company is entering into the final
stages of land acquisition in Penghu. The Company has also now commenced a
detailed review of the initial construction options on its site, working in
consultation with its advisors and with the local authorities on the island.
Navegante is wholly owned by Larry Woolf and is the largest privately owned
Casino operator in the State of Nevada, USA. Navegante currently operates 11
Casinos, throughout Nevada and elsewhere in North America, and has recently been
awarded the management contract for the Sahara in Las Vegas.
The terms for the agreement are exactly in line with those disclosed in its AIM
admission document.
