1st Dental Laboratories plc ('1st Dental' or the 'Company')
Grant of Options
1st Dental Laboratories Plc ('1st Dental' or 'the Company') announces that
Andrew Garner, Emma Towers, Mac Ganderton, Bradley Moore and Grahame Sewell,
directors of the Company, have respectively been granted options pursuant to the
Company's Executive Share Option Scheme, over 550,000, 550,000, 550,000, 350,000
and 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company.
These have been granted at the mid-market opening price of the Company's
ordinary shares on the date of grant, and vest in three equal tranches on the
first, second and third anniversaries of grant, or on exit (such as a trade
sale), if earlier, and become immediately exercisable on vesting.
Following these grants, Andrew Garner, Emma Towers, Mac Ganderton, Bradley Moore
and Grahame Sewell respectively hold options over the following numbers of
shares:
