The Board of Waterline announces that on 16 July 2007 Michael Lawrence, Chief
Executive Officer, sold 114,525 ordinary shares, at a price of 52p per share, to
his Self Invested Personal Pension Scheme.

There is no change to the ultimate beneficial ownership.
