                              Grant of options                               

Ensor Holdings PLC (the "Company") announces that the Company granted options
over 200,000 ordinary shares of 10p each on 10 July 2007 to Paul Parnham, the
Chief Executive, under the Company's existing EMI Scheme. The options are    
exercisable after one year from the date of grant at a price of 25p per      
share. Mr Parnham does not currently hold any ordinary shares of 10p each in
