                   Zetex plc - 2007 Bonus Co-Investment Plan


Shares have been purchased by the Company's Employee Benefit Trust on behalf of
the following participants who have each invested a voluntary proportion of
their 2006 net cash bonus under the terms of the Company's Bonus Co-Investment
Plan. The shares were purchased on 27 June 2007 at 89p per share:-

Hans Rohrer (Director) - 47,584 shares
Nick Hawkins (Director) - 18,458 shares
Colin Greene (Director) - 11,242 shares
Dave Benstead (PDMR) - 13,424 shares
Davy Lo (PDMR) - 6,137 shares

In addition, the following participants will transfer existing shares equivalent
to a voluntary proportion of their 2006 net cash bonus under the terms of the
Bonus Co-Investment Plan to the Company's Employee Benefit Trust:-

Frank Marx (PDMR) - 12,000 shares
Franz Riedlberger (PDMR) - 5,718 shares

The above shares will be held in the Employee Benefit Trust as investment shares
for the purposes of the Company's Bonus Co-Investment Plan. The participants
will hold these shares as beneficial owners.

Accordingly, the above participants have today been granted by the Trustee of
the Employee Benefit Trust matching awards (investment share awards) under the
terms of Bonus Co-Investment Plan equivalent to 1.5 times their voluntary
proportion of the 2006 gross annual bonus:-

Hans Rohrer (Director) - 100,554 investment share awards
Nick Hawkins (Director) - 46,277 investment share awards
Colin Greene (Director) - 28,187 investment share awards
Dave Benstead (PDMR) - 33,656 investment share awards
Davy Lo (PDMR) - 10,957 investment share awards
Frank Marx (PDMR) - 30,089 investment share awards
Franz Riedlberger (PDMR) - 13,901 investment share awards

The investment share awards take the form of options to acquire the shares set
out above for nil consideration, the exercise of which is dependent on the
achievement of performance conditions.  Further details of the performance
conditions were set out in the 2007 Notice of AGM, a copy of which can be found
on the Company's website (www.zetex.com).

Following the above awards, the participants have the following interests in the
shares of the Company:-
