The Directors of Cains Beer Company PLC ('Cains' or 'the Company'), the
AIM-listed, brewer of the UK's first premium British lager and operator of 109
pubs, announces that the process of creating a single head office at the brewery
is now complete and that accordingly, Honeycombe Leisure plc's former head
office in Preston has been closed.

All office functions have been moved to the brewery in Liverpool and the new
registered office address for Cains is:

Cains Beer Company PLC, The Robert Cain Brewery, Stanhope Street, Liverpool, L8
5XJ.
