                      Notification of Major Shareholding


Zenith Hygiene Group plc was notified today that on 26 June 2007 Mr. Stanley
Fink purchased 288,217 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ('Shares') at a
price of 23 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction Mr. Fink now holds 1,080,810 Shares representing
5.25% of the issued share capital of the Company.
