                           Annual Report and Accounts

                    Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM')


The Company is posting its audited report and accounts for the year ended 31
December 2006 and a Notice of AGM to shareholders today. Copies of the report
and accounts will be available from the offices of Nabarro Wells & Co. Limited,
Saddlers House, Gutter Lane, London EC2V 6HS.

The AGM will be held at the offices of Baker Tilly LLP at 2 Bloomsbury Street,
London WC1B 3ST on 26 July 2007 at 12:00 noon.
