                            Directors' shareholding

The Company received notification today that on 22 June 2007 Dr Hans Wagner,
Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 2,128,112 ordinary shares in the Company at 8p
per share, equivalent to 4.16 per cent. of the issued share capital of Zone-IP.
Following the purchase, Dr Wagner holds 4,844,507 ordinary shares in the
Company, equivalent to 9.48 per cent. of the issued share capital of Zone-IP.

In addition, the Company received notification today that Tal Barnoach,
Executive Vice-Chairman, purchased 709,371 ordinary shares in the Company at 8p
per share, equivalent to 1.39 per cent. of the issued share capital of Zone-IP.
Following the purchase, Mr Barnoch holds 1,614,836 ordinary shares in the
Company, equivalent to 3.16 per cent. of the issued share capital of Zone-IP.
