Prologic, which has already demonstrated significant successes with its
consultancy-led sales strategy, announces today that it has created a dedicated
consultancy sales team and has integrated the previously separate new and
existing business sales teams into a single direct sales group.

As a result of this reorganisation, David Little, Sales Director, will step down
from the Board with immediate effect and pursue other opportunities outside the
Company.

Simon Hanson will lead the new consultancy group and Dominic Potter will be
responsible for direct sales. Both are internal appointees who have played key
roles within Prologic to date and between them have substantial business
consulting and senior sales management experience with companies including IBM
UK Ltd and SGI Pty Ltd. They have both been appointed to the operating board of
the Company.

The restructured teams should maximise the opportunity for the Company to
provide consultancy-led services to clients at a much earlier stage in the
sales cycle. This approach, already proven with success through contracts with
TM Lewin Group Limited and Tiso Group Limited, delivers expert industry specific
advice that the board believes competitors will find difficult to match.
