ISSUE OF EQUITY


The Company announces that it has issued 72,749 new ordinary shares of 10 pence
each pursuant to the exercise of share options. Application has been made to the
London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which
is expected to be effective on Friday 8 June 2007.


As a result of the issue of these new Ordinary Shares, the total number of
voting rights is now 7,715,167.
