The Company was notified on 16 May 2007 that Financial Media Holdings Limited had made the following
purchases in Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):

26 March 2007        25,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each;
16 April 2007        25,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each; and
14 May 2007          25,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each.

Prior to the above purchases, Financial Media Holdings Limited held 812,500 ordinary shares of 10p each in
the company, representing 8.45% of the company's issued share capital.

Following the above purchases, Financial Media Holdings Limited now holds 887,500 ordinary shares of 10p
each in the company, representing 9.23% of the Company's total voting rights.
