Mercury Recycling Group Plc announces that it was informed on Friday 11th May
that Simon Lebor (Group Chief Executive) sold 150,000 ordinary shares in the
Company at a price of 25p per share and now holds a total of 4,315,233 ordinary
shares which represents approximately 12.87 per cent. of the issued and voting
share capital of the Company.
