Highams Systems Services Group plc, the specialist IT recruitment company,
announces that Maurice Anthony Eve has resigned as a director of the Group and
its subsidiaries with effect from 11 May 2007 in order to concentrate on his
other business interests.


Tony Eve has been the part-time Finance Director since October 1996. Ted
Andrews, Chief Operating Officer of Highams will assume Tony's responsibilities.


Alan Howarth, Chairman of Highams, commented:
