                               Appointment of CEO

Nordic Panorama plc, the Norwegian ski resort and related property developer,
announces the appointment of Geir Kjaernes, age 51, as Chief Executive of the
Company with effect from 1 May 2007. Geir will replace Tore Svendsen who stands
down for personal reasons.

Geir was the co-founder and, until recently, CEO of Victory247.com S.A. Holding,
the online poker site that merged with BetonBet.com. Geir held several positions
in his earlier career in the Norwegian broadcast and print media industries
which included CEO and Editor of the prestigious TV+/Schibsted ASA as well as
CEO of SBS Interactive AB.

Geir also brings UK plc experience having been appointed as a Director of iTouch
plc, one of the world's leading providers of mobile entertainment services,
which conducted a management buy-out in March 2007. He was initially founder and
Chief Executive of Norwegian Telitas ASA, which was later acquired by iTouch
plc.

Board. At the time of listing we mentioned that there are over 50 other resorts
in Norway which the company may decide to consider as complementary

Company. We would also like to thank Tore Svendsen for his efforts to this point
and wish him well for the future.'
