                           Director/PDMR Shareholding



The Company has been informed that Richard Last, Chairman of Xpertise, purchased
10,000 ordinary shares, on 4 May 2007, at a price of 90p per share in the name
of his pension fund, Lynx 1991 SSAS A/C R Last. Mr Last's pension fund holding
is now 110,000 Ordinary Shares.


Lynx plc, a company controlled by Richard Last, is also interested in 1,158,273
Xpertise ordinary shares.


Richard Last's total interest in Xpertise shares, including those owned by Lynx
plc, is 1,268,273 representing 23.93% of the Company's issued share capital.
