May 2007 John Waterhouse, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 1,000
Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each in the share capital of the Company at a price
of £13 per share.  This is Mr Waterhouse's entire holding of shares in the
Company and represents 0.1% of the issued share capital.
