                                 AGM Statement



At the Annual General Meeting of Xpertise Group PLC, being held today at
10.30am, Richard Last, Chairman, will give the following update on trading:


'In our preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2006, we announced
that, in January 2007, we had been successful in winning a major three year
managed training service contract for a government organisation and that we had
also been appointed as a preferred supplier to Computacenter. We are now
providing service under both these contracts and, whilst the full business
benefits will only be felt in 2008 and beyond, they will also contribute
strongly to the Group's results this year.


We are also pleased that we have continued to grow our Training Services
business and that we have been successful in the first quarter of 2007 in
winning a further three contracts that should contribute additional annualised
turnover of approximately £1m.


Trading in our IT Technical and Professional Skills division has also been
strong with turnover in the first quarter of 2007 13% up on Q1 2006. However,
continued pressure on margins has meant that gross profit has increased by just
6% in the same period.


We are encouraged by these business successes early in the year and consider
that the Group is well placed to achieve full year expectations for 2007 which
represent a significant increase on results for the previous year.'
